Most accounting statements are based on monthly or 4-week periods. This easy to use add-in for Excel allows you to update your cash accounting statement at any time throughout any accounting period. Receivable and payable accounts can be switched between due, paid and late. Includes period budgets and variance analysis.

Receivable accounting. Simply enter your receivable accounts into the table provided and Excel "ages" all accounts as your system clock advances. Allocates accounts between current, over 30 days, 45 days, 90 days and 150 days. Easy management of overdue accounts.

Cash Burn forecasting. Enter the forecast payable and receivable accounts and the expected date of payment. The table calculates your cash burn after any number of days up to 150.

The workbook supplies capacity for 100 cash accounting accounts, 100 receivable accounts and 75 cash burn forecasting accounts. Expansions are available.
