Excel Unit Conversion TemplateSpreadsheet Description: This spreadsheet handles unit conversion on the fly. No need to type in special functions or use menus, just type units after the number in the cell and continue calculating, the spreadsheet will take care of all unit conversions for you. Not only does it do the conversions, but dimensional analysis as well. For example, if you divide a cell with units of force (N) by one with units of area (ft^2), it will output units of pressure (Pa, psi, etc). The spreadsheet can handle English and SI units of length, mass, time, temperature, energy, pressure, charge, and many more. You may also add custom units that are not included in this spreadsheet (currency conversions, for example). Many engineering constants such as acceleration of gravity, Boltzmann's constant, Planck's constant, and elementary charge are accessible via hot-keys. The spreadsheet also has all atomic weights stored, so you can easily get the the molar weight of any compound just by typing the molecular formula. This spreadsheet uses Excel Macros.
