SpreadsheetMarketplace developed the Intellectual Property Protection (IPP) Program to facilitate cooperation between SpreadsheetMarketplace and rights owners protecting their intellectual property rights. The purposes of this program include: Expeditious removal of listings reported to SpreadsheetMarketplace by intellectual property rights owners.

Proactive monitoring and removal by SpreadsheetMarketplace of listings that violate SpreadsheetMarketplace policies designed to prevent the listing of infringing items on SpreadsheetMarketplace.

Suspension or cancellation of repeat offenders. Cooperation with rights owners seeking personal information on alleged infringers. However, because SpreadsheetMarketplace cannot be an expert in your intellectual property rights in a wide variety of categories, and cannot verify that sellers have the right to sell the items they post on SpreadsheetMarketplace each day, we need your help in identifying listings which do not appear on their face to infringe your rights.

How to report a listing to SpreadsheetMarketplace: The following steps are for reporting a listing to SpreadsheetMarketplace. Only the intellectual property rights owner can report of potentially infringing items or listings through SpreadsheetMarketplace's IPP Program. If you are not the intellectual property rights owner, you can still help by getting in touch with the rights owner and encouraging them to contact us. If you have a good faith belief that a listing on SpreadsheetMarketplace infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, all you need to do is print and complete the form below and then scan and email it to us at info@spreadsheetmarketplace.com
